In this documentary we follow SCREENAGERS filmmaker/physician Delaney Ruston as she suddenly finds herself at a loss on how to help her teens’ as they struggle with their emotional well-being. What are the skills that will help them manage their challenges now and in the future? In what ways is screen time contributing to their ups and downs? What are ways that parents and schools provide skills to teens that help them develop emotional resilience and communication skills–both essential for mental wellness. schools can provide.
