Caroline Webb is a leadership coach, economist, and author who specializes in showing people how to transform their work and life by applying insights from the behavioral sciences. She is the author of the forthcoming Leadership Intelligence: Science-Backed Strategies for Mastering 21 Everyday Management Challenges; her first book, How to Have a Good Day, was a global bestseller published in more than 60 countries. Named one of the world’s top 50 executive coaches by Thinkers50 and one of the top 50 leadership and management experts by Inc., she is also a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company, where she was previously a partner and co-founded the firm’s leadership practice.

Earlier, Webb spent the 1990s as an economist at the Bank of England. Her work has been featured widely, including in The Economist, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review. Originally from the UK, with degrees in economics from Cambridge and Oxford, she is based in New York.
