Celebrate the Holiday Season with The Nutcracker, and “Grand Jeté and Me”
On Sunday, Dec. 4th at 2 PM, join The Book Stall, an indie bookstore based in Winnetka, IL, as they present a special online program with illustrator Robin Preiss Glasser and Salt Creek Ballet Artistic Director Erica De La O, who will discuss Robin’s new picture book Grand Jeté and Me, as well as the Salt Creek Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker. They’ll also chat about how to create and foster a career in the arts. All attendees will be entered in a raffle for great prizes, including limited edition prints from Grand Jeté and Me, copies of the book, and tickets to The Nutcracker! 20% of all book sales will go to help unprivileged youth attend a performance of The Nutcracker. This free virtual program is suitable for ages 7 and up.
