Saturday Storytime at The Book Stall with Michael Kulik and “Could My Baby Brother Be a Monster?”
The Book Stall hosts Evanston-based author Michael Kulik on Saturday, September 28 at 10:30 AM for a story time featuring his new picture book, Could My Baby Brother Be a Monster? Inspired by his own children, Michael’s book features classic creatures from monster stories, but has a lighthearted tone perfect for young kids. This event is free and open to the public. Recommended for ages 3 and up!
More About the Book: Halloween is here, but instead of going trick or treating, Mateo is staying put indoors. The problem? His baby brother is coming home for the very first time and Mateo’s convinced that he’s really a monster! Will Halloween, and his entire life, be ruined forever? Or could his baby brother be the best thing to ever happen to him? With fun, colorful illustrations, this uplifting picture book is the perfect gift for Halloween as well as for families expecting their next child.
More About the Author: When Michael Kulik became a father to two little monsters of his own, he was inspired to complete Could My Baby Brother be a Monster? Michael has written stories of all kinds, and he is excited to present his first children’s picture book to the world. Michael enjoys visiting museums, going to parks, and of course, reading with his kids!
