Erica Ghignone, MD

Erica Ghignone, MD, is the medical director at Compass Health Center Chicago and a board-certified adult psychiatrist specializing in addiction psychiatry and the treatment of substance use disorders. Her work spans mental health, substance use, and women’s health, and she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to people with a range of psychiatric diagnoses, with a particular interest in supporting young adults as they navigate life transitions and other significant challenges. She completed her psychiatry residency and a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University after earning her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
