By building strong teams and using design thinking, she works to cultivate the conditions for sustainable innovation and change-making.

Vien has MAs in Educational Leadership & Administration and Developmental Education from UC Berkeley. She loves getting outside with her family and dogs. She can be found hiking, camping, and traveling whenever possible.
