New York Times best-selling author Lisa Damour, Ph.D. returns to the Glenbard Parent Series to examine the science of stress and anxiety and offer practical tools to best manage emotional overload. Her insights offer an approach that allows each of us to keep pressure manageable during these difficult times.
Dr. Damour writes a monthly column for the New York Times, serves as a regular contributor to CBS News, and has been recognized as a thought leader by the American Psychological Association. She is the author of the award- winning New York Times bestseller Untangled: Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthood and Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Girls, published in February 2019.
