Dr. Damour writes a monthly column for the New York Times, serves as a regular contributor to CBS News, and has been recognized as a thought leader by the American Psychological Association. She is the author of the award- winning New York Times bestseller Untangled: Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthood and Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Girls, published in February 2019.
