Panelists include Susan Lee, Chicago’s Deputy Mayor of Public Safety; Darrell Spencer, 11th District Commander, Chicago Police Department; Roseanna Ander, Executive Director University of Chicago Crime and Education Lab; Yolanda Field, Chief Program Officer at Breakthrough, a non-profit based in East Garfield Park and one of her program participants. The evening will be moderated by Paul M. Rand, a North Shore resident and University of Chicago VP Communications.
