The Dyslexia Connection of Evanston hosts Brett Tingley, who will discuss how Illinois educational laws compare with other states and how parent groups can band together to advocate for improved educational practices. Brett’s organization created a 50 page document called the “Roadmap” on best practices when starting a parent group.
