Sarah Aronson
Book Release Party for Sarah Aronson
Join us at The Book Stall as we celebrate our friend Sarah Aronson’s new picture book biography, Abzuglutely!: Battling, Bellowing Bella Abzug on Tuesday, Oct. 15th at 6:30 PM. This program is appropriate for ages 6 and up. Cake will be served! Admission is free, but registration is requested.
In Abzuglutely!, we meet unique and outspoken Bella Abzug, the iconic Jewish politician and activist who fought for justice and women’s rights. In her compelling picture book biography, author Sarah Aronson takes us from Bella Abzug’s childhood in the Bronx to her years as a lawyer, activist, wife, mother, and congresswoman, Bella battled for justice and fairness for everyone, inspired by her Jewish upbringing and wholehearted belief in tikkun olam–repairing the world.
