Intentional Parenting with Peace and Presence
This 4-WEEK workshop helps parents develop effective approaches to be a calming presence in their family. When we parent with intention, we are better able to respond to our children rather than react to their behavior. You will gain tools to create calm within to improve interactions with others. You will learn approaches to pause, to connect, and to communicate more effectively with your children.
The fall session is designed for parents with children ages 2 to 6 and meets on Monday evenings — 10/21, 10/28, 11/4 and 11/11. The cost is $200 or the “bring a friend” fee of $175 each.
