Trauma and Teens: Understanding the Impact on Learning and Relationships
Ms. Holzhauer will discuss the impact of trauma on teens. The presentation aims to help parents, guardians, and educators understand how the physiological and neurological effects of trauma interfere with learning. Listeners will also learn about how survival strategies and adaptions to trauma impact relationships with peers and adults.
