During these uncertain times there has been an increase in individuals struggling with anxiety as well as an exacerbation of symptoms with those previously diagnosed. In response, Compass Health Center is offering a WEBINAR designed to explore CBT and ACT based approaches for “Treating Anxiety in the Era of COVID-19,” presented by Joe Serio, LCPC, CHC’s Chief Clinical Officer, and Ashley Senderak, LCPC, Associate Director of Child Programs.
